No Refund Policy

Smmxhub will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.

We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.

We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

You will not upload anything to the Smmxhub site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.

We don't guarantee that your followers, views, or anything you order from the website will stay for a lifetime.

The guarantee is for services not for followers, views, or likes. we refill if drops

We guarantee for order not for profile. Refill is for order not for your profile

We guarantee the followers for a particular time if it's dropped from End count [start+Quantity you ordered]we refill under certain conditions. And the conditions are as follows

1. a] We don't refill if your quantity is less than 10% of the order

1b] If the profile includes username change

1c] If the profile includes other provider followers

9. We don't create any accounts for any platforms. we are not providers we are resellers from direct providers

 Its client responsiblity to keep all order id carefully associated to same link. we cant take order if you have multiple order id . at the time of refill you sholud submit all the refills possible

Smmxhub DOES NOT guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We make no guarantee for delivery time at all. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placing of orders, however, these are estimates. We will not be held responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews or you being banned for late delivery. If you are selling on a website that requires time-sensitive results

Please make sure not to change the accounts associated with the link placed from public to private as your order is already running in background. No refunds or cancellations will be given for such scenarios.

Refund Policy

We allow 7 Days' Refunds for the following Conditions.

1) Order Marked completed without done. Full Refund

2) If the Order is Not started within 5 days, a Full Refund.

3) We Provide partial Refunds for all Refill services as per Refill conditions.

4) 1st step refund Your Account Balance, If you need a gateway refund, Contact us.5% withdrawal fee is applicable, and an account closing request

5) Rate changes may happen when an update comes. We cant guarantee we will serve service at the same rate all the time.

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. For a Refund contact our support.

If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we deliver to your or your client's Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media accounts. We report respective social media support for breaking their guidelines. This shall remove your account from social media.

Orders placed in Smmxhub will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your Smmxhub account if the order is non-deliverable.

Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund these orders. Please keep attention!

Our most of services start instantly except a few services that take 24-48 hrs to deliver. If you do not receive your service in time, please contact support to fix the issue. We are online 18 hours per day to provide you with support
